1. Where are you from?
Ithaca, New York
2. What’s your favorite thing about the area?
The scenery, there is a lot of trails, falls and gorges.
3. What brought you to Pallas?
My dad and I wanted to find a CrossFit gym, so we looked and Pallas was the one we liked best.
4. What keeps you at Pallas?
The Environment, I always have a good time working out even the work out was killer.
5. Do you have any pending goals?
I want to try and strengthen my back, core and ankles.
6. If you could write a workout, what would it look like?
14 Ring Rows
12 Dumbbell lunges
10 cal bike
And then have a really good stretch and drink water.

Moscow Mule
9. Where’s your favorite place to eat in the area?
Gorgers, Mix Bar and Kitchen, there is a really nice Vietnamese place in Collegetown
10. Describe your favorite dessert.
It’s warm apple pie with vanilla ice cream
11. We love that this is a family affair for the Peacocks. Do y’all get to workout together?
Yes, we workout together when it fits everyone’s schedule most times if we all go together we go to the 6 A.M
12. If you could only use 1 piece of equipment the rest of your life, what would it be?
It would be a pull up bar, I feel like there are so many work out you can do with those and some open space.
13. Do you have a favorite animal?
My favorite animal is a Peacock (Cliché right) but my really favorite animal is definitely dogs I really want a Doberman
15. What would you say to someone hesitant about starting CF?
I would say definitely give it 3 classes and if you still don’t want to continue after that then that’s fine. As long as you give it your best effort and are willing to learn ,you will thrive in the Pallas environment!
