NUTRITION

Client centered, deep health approach to nutrition. We start with an intake, then move forward with a unique, individualized, and thoughtful approach to coaching you through your nutritional goals.

 

PHYSICAL THERAPY

Recovery and injury prevention are a big part of longevity. Eric Robinson, PT, DPT, CSCS is our in house Physical Therapist. As a practicing physical therapist, his goal is to help others overcome injuries while staying active and doing what they love. He works with his patients to identify their individual goals and then he helps them to achieve those goals by guiding them through strength training, movement-based exercise, and hands-on therapy.

 

ADAPTIVE FUNCTIONAL FITNESS

AnyBody & EveryBody provides 1:1 and small-group functional fitness training to adaptive athletes with a wide range of disabilities. We also offer inclusive support to prepare for and within group CrossFit classes at Pallas Fitness.
