What advice would you give to someone who is hesitant to start at Pallas?
Honestly, just show up! I think that one of the great things in Crossfit and Pallas specifically, is that you can scale everything. When you first start you don't have any skill, but it's fine. You can always find a movement to do and it's challenging either way. I think the most important thing is to be challenged. Pallas is such a community to everyone and you get to be included in everything. The 4 o'clock and weightlifting club is my crew, each and every coach is amazing, supportive and so professional and all in all just good people.
