MetCon - 15m Partner AMRAP:
50 Deadlift 225/155
40 OH Plate Lunge 45/25lb
50 WBS 20/14lb
40 Partner Burpees
*1 person works at a time. Split work as athletes prefer.
For the partner burpees, 1 partner will be in an elbow plank, and the other person will perform their
burpees in a ‘over the bar’ fashion, but with their partner acting as the bar. If athletes are not confident
they can jump their partner, then their partner may lay on the ground instead of planking.
