NUTRITION & WELLNESS COACHING
The goal of Pallas Fitness, in addition to providing a fun and community focused environment with excellent coaching for your daily workout, is to increase your functionality, longevity, and wellness for the rest of your life. A regular fitness regimen is a huge part of this process, but another massive piece of the puzzle is to focus on our nutrition, sleep habits, and hydration. This is why we have formulated this program; to help you make the most out of the other 23 hours of your day, in addition to your one hour workout.
After doing an intake form to help us establish a baseline for the above categories (nutrition, sleep habits, hydration), our coaches will setup an initial consult where we will deep dive into these categories, and address areas you feel need the most work. From there, our coaching team will help you setup a plan that starts with small, measurable, simple steps to help you make sustainable and lasting changes. After that initial consult, the frequency of check ins with your coach depends on the level of accountability and guidance you are looking for! Keep reading below for the packages we offer.
